On Saturday at about 12:50 am, the Waterloo Police Department arrest Daniel R. Paulsen, age 49 of 29 Wycliffe Road in Waterloo, for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, unregistered motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle, operating without insurance, operating without a license and improper plates.The arrest occurred shortly after the Waterloo Police initiated a traffic stop at about 12:20 am on Wycliffe Road in the Village of Waterloo.Paulsen was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and held in the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500.00 bail. He is to reappear at a later date to answer to the charges.
